Does Best Buy do background checks?
If a job is offering you a postion and they do background checks, don't you have to sign a background check form? I only signed for and took my drug test. The manager didn't say anything about a background check and I didn't sign anything allowing it. (I read everything I signed). I asked him and he said it's just a drug test because they do background checks during the application process. What does that mean? Does it mean they did a background check BEFORE they called me in for an interview? Best Buy employees, do they do Background checks?
