Kelly Healthcare employment background checks?
I applied for an internal position at Kelly Healthcare – not a placement postion for a company they represent. They mentioned a background check which they state MAY include criminal, credit, education, prior employment history, driving record, etc..I have no criminal history, an excellent driving record, an excellent work record, average credit but I may have slightly exaggerated my education. Does anyone know how much of a thorough background check the company conducts? Do they really check all of these things even if you are not applying for a physician position or a position with requires credentials/licenses/certification? Thank you.
